# Bikebug price match: how to use it, and how to pay less

Not yet. Bikebug (bikebug.com) sells road bikes, components, apparel. It does not accept offers yet. Register the price you would pay and be told if that changes.

## Does Bikebug accept offers?

Not yet. Bikebug does not currently offer a formal way to make an offer online. You can register the price you would pay on this page, and you will be notified if that changes.

## Can you negotiate with Bikebug?

There is no formal channel today. In store, a discount sometimes depends on the salesperson and the day, and online there is no built-in way to make Bikebug an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.

## Does Bikebug price match?

Yes. Bikebug will match a competitor's advertised price for an identical product that is in stock with both sellers and available for immediate purchase, where the competitor is a registered Australian business with an ABN and GST registration and its price includes GST and any delivery and handling charges. Bikebug may decline any price match at its sole discretion. The customer contacts Bikebug Customer Service with proof of the competitor's advertised price before making the purchase. After the request is verified, the team provides details on how to finalise the price and purchase. Checked against Bikebug's published policy on 12 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

## When does Bikebug have sales?

Bikebug runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

## How do I get a discount at Bikebug?

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask Bikebug to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if Bikebug starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
