## Can you negotiate with Bike-Discount?

There is no formal channel today. In store, a discount sometimes depends on the salesperson and the day, and online there is no built-in way to make Bike-Discount an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.

## Does Bike-Discount price match?

Yes. Bike-Discount matches a lower price a competitor online retailer offers for the same item on the same conditions, if the rival is a commercial seller based in the euro zone, the offer is permanent and not a special or discount promotion, the item is available from the rival within 4 days, and the item matches in size, colour, model year and version. The item must carry the BEST PRICE logo, the price difference must be at least 1 EUR per item, the guarantee covers at most two pieces per item, and the rival's shipping costs are applied to the price. The shopper clicks the BEST PRICE logo on the product page, enters the competitor's product URL and the competitor's price at the time of the request, and saves the request before adding the item to the basket. The request is sent to Bike-Discount with the order, and staff check it before the price is adjusted. Bike-Discount may ask for the competitor's shipping costs. Checked against Bike-Discount's published policy on 14 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

## When does Bike-Discount have sales?

Bike-Discount runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask Bike-Discount to match it. Watch for their public promotions.
