# BikesOnline US price match: how to use it, and how to pay less

Not yet. BikesOnline US (bikesonline.com) sells selected products. It does not accept offers yet. Register the price you would pay and be told if that changes.

## Does BikesOnline US accept offers?

Not yet. BikesOnline US does not currently offer a formal way to make an offer online. You can register the price you would pay on this page, and you will be notified if that changes.

## Can you negotiate with BikesOnline US?

There is no formal channel today. In store, a discount sometimes depends on the salesperson and the day, and online there is no built-in way to make BikesOnline US an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.

## Does BikesOnline US price match?

Yes. BikesOnline states it will beat a lower price by 5% from an online-only competitor on an identical or similar spec, if the competitor's product is in stock, and the competitor's final price includes taxes and delivery. Competitors must be online-only and within the US. For GT bikes, the price beat applies only against other GT-branded bikes. For bikes, the policy applies only to the models in its comparison table; for parts and accessories, it applies to products available at BikesOnline, including those on promotion. The policy page provides an Apply for a price beat option. Claims for past purchases are not accepted. Checked against BikesOnline US's published policy on 28 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

## When does BikesOnline US have sales?

BikesOnline US runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

## How do I get a discount at BikesOnline US?

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask BikesOnline US to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if BikesOnline US starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
