## Does digiDirect price match?

Yes. The digiDirect price match guarantee is offered to our customers which ensures they will receive the lowest price for a product. We price match authorised Australian competitors, including both physical stores and online retailers offering identical products. The product being compared must meet specific criteria: same brand, model, size, color, and identical specifications to ensure accuracy. When price matching online competitors, we compare against the total cost payable at checkout - including the competitor's shipping and any other fees - not the item price alone. The customer discovers the same product or service offered at a lower price from an Authorised Australian competitor. This can be in-store, online, or through an advertisement. The customer provides evidence of the lower price in the form of a printed advertisement, screenshot, or any other proof of the competitor's pricing. Our team verifies the provided proof to ensure the product or service is identical and the lower price is legitimate and current. Checked against digiDirect's published policy on 17 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

## When does digiDirect have sales?
