## Does Clek US price match?

Yes. If you’ve found a lower price for an identical, in-stock item from another retailer, simply reach out to our customer service team before completing your purchase. If your price-match request is approved, we’ll adjust the price and provide you with a custom order link. Note: Price Match items must be in-stock and available from a competitor to ship to the customer’s location. Price match request must be made prior to purchase. We will match promotional pricing on most orders placed within 14 days before the start of a promotion. If you purchase a product directly from us and that product is both in-stock and available at a lower price on our website during a current promotional/sale event (within 14 days of your original purchase date), we will happily refund the price difference to your method of payment. Simply reach out to our customer service team before completing your purchase. If your price-match request is approved, we’ll adjust the price and provide you with a custom order link. Checked against Clek US's published policy on 29 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

## When does Clek US have sales?

Clek US runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

## How do I get a discount at Clek US?

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask Clek US to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if Clek US starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
