Not yet. Darty does not currently offer a formal way to make an offer online. You can register the price you would pay on this page, and you will be notified if that changes.

## Can you negotiate with Darty?

There is no formal channel today. In store, a discount sometimes depends on the salesperson and the day, and online there is no built-in way to make Darty an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.

## Does Darty price match?

Yes. Darty refunds the difference if you find it cheaper elsewhere, even online. If within the 10 days following your purchase you find a product of the same brand and same reference, available for sale in store or online (excluding Marketplace purchases), at one of Darty's main competitors, in mainland France under the same service conditions, at a lower reference price, Darty refunds you the difference as a Gift Card, excluding delivery costs. The price difference is calculated against the price paid at Darty and must be found within 10 days. Eligible competitors: Amazon, Apple Store, Auchan, BHV, Boulanger, BUT, Carrefour, Casino, Castorama, Cdiscount, Cobra, Conforama, Cora, Digital, Électro Dépôt, Expert, Fnac, Galeries Lafayette, Géant Casino, Gitem, Grosbill, Intermarché, La Redoute, LDLC, Leclerc, Leroy Merlin, Magma, MDA, Pixmania, Printemps, Pro & Cie, Pulsat, Rue du Commerce, U Hyper-Supermarchés, Ubaldi. The gift card is valid for 6 months and can be used in one or more purchases in all Darty stores in mainland France (not on darty.com). Proof may be requested if Darty cannot verify the price indicated by the customer. The gift card is sent by email within 3 weeks of the request. Checked against Darty's published policy on 16 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

## When does Darty have sales?

Darty runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

## How do I get a discount at Darty?

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask Darty to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if Darty starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
