# Elgiganten price match: how to use it, and how to pay less

Not yet. Elgiganten (elgiganten.se) sells tVs, appliances, computing, phones. It does not accept offers yet. Register the price you would pay and be told if that changes.

## Does Elgiganten accept offers?

Not yet. Elgiganten does not currently offer a formal way to make an offer online. You can register the price you would pay on this page, and you will be notified if that changes.

## Can you negotiate with Elgiganten?

There is no formal channel today. In store, a discount sometimes depends on the salesperson and the day, and online there is no built-in way to make Elgiganten an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.

## Does Elgiganten price match?

Yes. Found a lower price? We match it! We always strive to have the lowest price on the market. Where we do not succeed, our price match gives you the lowest price on our products. Our price match applies against all Swedish competitors and at the time of purchase. All you need to do is document and show that the product can be bought at the stated price. The product must be the same brand and model, and must not be second-hand/used or repaired. The documentation must come from a retailer that has the current price and must show that the product is in stock and can be bought at that price. If the retailer charges shipping, it is included when the price is compared. The purchase must be possible on equal terms. We match retailers that hold stock and operate in Sweden, are classed as a Swedish legal entity, have registered turnover in Sweden, follow Swedish laws and taxes, and can be reached for warranties and service for Swedish consumers. Price match cannot be combined with other offers. At the time of purchase, inform the seller of the lower price and document it, for example by showing the product on the competitor's website. Checked against Elgiganten's published policy on 16 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

## When does Elgiganten have sales?

Elgiganten runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

## How do I get a discount at Elgiganten?

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask Elgiganten to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if Elgiganten starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
