## Can you negotiate with Elkjøp?

There is no formal channel today. In store, a discount sometimes depends on the salesperson and the day, and online there is no built-in way to make Elkjøp an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.

## Does Elkjøp price match?

Yes. Elkjøp offers price match at the time of purchase against selected competitors: Komplett, NetOnNet, Skousen and Power. You must be able to document that one of these competitors has a lower price, and the documentation must be from the retailer that has the current price. Documentation from websites must show that the competitor's item is in stock and can be added to the cart at the current price. For online campaigns, shipping costs are included when prices are compared. The price must be relevant to your purchase and cannot be a geographically limited offer or an offer exclusive to one store, such as opening offers, local trading days, local clearance sales and similar. Elkjøp does not allow payout via third-party services. Contact Elkjøp in store or via customer service and tell Elkjøp yourself at the time of purchase that you want to use Prismatch.
