# Ernest Jones price match: how to use it, and how to pay less

Not yet. Ernest Jones (ernestjones.co.uk) sells diamonds, watches, engagement rings. It does not accept offers yet. Register the price you would pay and be told if that changes.

## Does Ernest Jones accept offers?

Not yet. Ernest Jones does not currently offer a formal way to make an offer online. You can register the price you would pay on this page, and you will be notified if that changes.

## Can you negotiate with Ernest Jones?

There is no formal channel today. In this category, asking for a better price in store is common and sometimes works, but it is no built-in way to make Ernest Jones an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.

## Does Ernest Jones price match?

Yes. Our Price Match Promise means that if you find any of our jewellery or watches at a lower advertised price elsewhere, we will match the price for you. The Price Match Promise is available on branded jewellery and timepieces. Products must be identical (same brand, model, style, colour and finish), not damaged, not pre-owned and sold directly through an authorised stockist in the UK in £GBP (for UK price matching) or in Eire in Euros (for Eire price matching). The price must be the advertised price clearly on the competitor online site. The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase, with the authorised stockist able to complete delivery within 2-3 working days. It applies to prices on products from the following retailers: Goldsmiths, Beaverbrooks, F.Hinds, Argos. Fill out the Price Promise Request form on the Ernest Jones website with your details, a weblink showing the other retailer's product at a reduced price, in stock and ready for dispatch, the competitor price, the Ernest Jones weblink and our price. Checked against Ernest Jones's published policy on 16 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

## When does Ernest Jones have sales?

Ernest Jones runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

## How do I get a discount at Ernest Jones?

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask Ernest Jones to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if Ernest Jones starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
