# Does Kathmandu price match? What to do instead

Not yet. Kathmandu (kathmandu.com.au) sells jackets, hiking gear, backpacks, camping equipment. It does not accept offers yet. Register the price you would pay and be told if that changes.

## Does Kathmandu accept offers?

Not yet. Kathmandu does not currently offer a formal way to make an offer online. You can register the price you would pay on this page, and you will be notified if that changes.

## Can you negotiate with Kathmandu?

There is no formal channel today. In store, a discount sometimes depends on the salesperson and the day, and online there is no built-in way to make Kathmandu an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.

## Does Kathmandu price match?

Kathmandu has no published price-match policy (checked 13 October 2026).

## When does Kathmandu have sales?

Kathmandu runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

## How do I get a discount at Kathmandu?

Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if Kathmandu starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
