## Can you negotiate with Noel Leeming?

## Does Noel Leeming price match?

Yes. Noel Leeming matches a competitor's price for an identical product: same make, model and colour, brand new, in stock at both Noel Leeming and the competitor at the time of the request. The request must be made at the time of sale, and the competitor's promotional period must still apply. The competitor's final price, including delivery, taxes, fees and charges, must be lower than the Noel Leeming price. Price Match cannot be used with other Noel Leeming or competitor offers, such as bonus product or promotional finance offers. Shoppers can claim online through Noel Leeming's Live Chat. After the competitor information is checked, Live Chat issues a voucher code that is valid once, for one hour, to buy the product on the Noel Leeming website. Alternatively, proof of competitor pricing such as a mailer, quote or dated website listing is presented at a Noel Leeming store for verification. Checked against Noel Leeming's published policy on 13 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

## When does Noel Leeming have sales?

Noel Leeming runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

## How do I get a discount at Noel Leeming?

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask Noel Leeming to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if Noel Leeming starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
