## Does Petbarn price match?

Yes. Petbarn matches the everyday or promotional price of an identical product that is stocked by an Australian physical or online competitor (a .com.au domain), provided the competitor has the identical product in stock at the time of purchase from Petbarn. The guarantee applies to single order product display prices and is only available at the time of purchase, so past or future transactions are not considered. Before attempting to purchase, the shopper shows the lower price to a team member at a local Petbarn store, or contacts Petbarn Customer Service via LiveChat at petbarn.com.au, by phone on 1300 655 896, or by email at info@petbarn.com.au. Once Petbarn approves the claim, it matches the competitor's price on the identical product before the transaction is completed. Checked against Petbarn's published policy on 13 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

## When does Petbarn have sales?

Petbarn runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

## How do I get a discount at Petbarn?

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask Petbarn to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if Petbarn starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
