The policy applies only to purchases made directly through Avocado, the item must be identical (same model, size and color) and in stock at the time of the request, and the lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.

- The shopper contacts the Avocado Customer Experience team within 30 days of the order date and provides proof of the lower price. The refund goes to the original form of payment.
