- The terms
- Bikebug will match a competitor's advertised price for an identical product that is in stock with both sellers and available for immediate purchase, where the competitor is a registered Australian business with an ABN and GST registration and its price includes GST and any delivery and handling charges. Bikebug may decline any price match at its sole discretion.
- What is excluded
- Bikebug does not price match offers that include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages, pricing with included delivery, advertising errors, finance or credit terms, products sold by third-party marketplace sellers or requiring delivery from outside Australia, competitor clearance, display, liquidation or external administration sales, grey imports, prices below Bikebug's cost, or purchases made with promotional codes. Purchases made with Buy now, pay later options such as Zip Pay, Afterpay or finance are not covered by the policy.
- How to claim it
- The customer contacts Bikebug Customer Service with proof of the competitor's advertised price before making the purchase. After the request is verified, the team provides details on how to finalise the price and purchase.

When does Bikebug have sales?
Bikebug runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask Bikebug to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if Bikebug starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
