Checked against BikesOnline US's published policy on 28 October 2026.
- The terms
- BikesOnline states it will beat a lower price by 5% from an online-only competitor on an identical or similar spec, if the competitor's product is in stock, and the competitor's final price includes taxes and delivery. Competitors must be online-only and within the US. For GT bikes, the price beat applies only against other GT-branded bikes. For bikes, the policy applies only to the models in its comparison table; for parts and accessories, it applies to products available at BikesOnline, including those on promotion.
- What is excluded
- Alaska and Hawaii; stock liquidations or competitor clearance goods; second-hand products; retailers' member-only prices such as Amazon; products shipped from overseas; grey market or parallel import items; gift-with-purchase items; trade and commercial sales; and items sold and shipped by BikesOnline third-party sellers (parts and accessories only). Cashback, coupon and gift card promotions offered by competitors are disregarded. Not applicable to past purchases at BikesOnline.
- How to claim it
- The policy page provides an Apply for a price beat option. Claims for past purchases are not accepted.
