- The terms
- Elkjøp offers price match at the time of purchase against selected competitors: Komplett, NetOnNet, Skousen and Power. You must be able to document that one of these competitors has a lower price, and the documentation must be from the retailer that has the current price. Documentation from websites must show that the competitor's item is in stock and can be added to the cart at the current price. For online campaigns, shipping costs are included when prices are compared. The price must be relevant to your purchase and cannot be a geographically limited offer or an offer exclusive to one store, such as opening offers, local trading days, local clearance sales and similar. Elkjøp does not allow payout via third-party services.
- What is excluded
- Prismatch cannot be used in combination with other offers. Prismatch does not apply to used goods, so-called Outlet goods or demo goods, only new products. Prismatch does not apply to Epoq kitchens or laundry rooms. Prismatch does not apply to products sold by partners on Elkjøp Marketplace. For business customers, Prismatch applies to orders of up to five identical products and to all standard products, except special-order products and pre-installed or pre-configured products.
