- Our Price Match Promise means that if you find any of our jewellery or watches at a lower advertised price elsewhere, we will match the price for you. The Price Match Promise is available on branded jewellery and timepieces. Products must be identical (same brand, model, style, colour and finish), not damaged, not pre-owned and sold directly through an authorised stockist in the UK in £GBP (for UK price matching) or in Eire in Euros (for Eire price matching). The price must be the advertised price clearly on the competitor online site. The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase, with the authorised stockist able to complete delivery within 2-3 working days. It applies to prices on products from the following retailers: Goldsmiths, Beaverbrooks, F.Hinds, Argos.

- Not available on other jewellery and gifts. Items sold as part of any combination deal, such as buy one get one free. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ernest Jones promotion or discount offer. Not available to corporate customers. Ernest Jones reserves the right to restrict the promise on each item to one per customer. Does not apply if the stockist or branch is in administration or closing down. Cannot be used to match Tax Free Shopping, Duty-Free, or Outlet store prices.
