- On the rare occasion our competitors may beat us on price, we offer to price match. F.Hinds will only price match against the qualifying retailers listed on the Price Promise page and up to the price promise limit. The item must be in stock and available to purchase at the price matched retailer, and F.Hinds must be able to verify that it is available to purchase immediately. Watches must be identical. Jewellery items must be identical or, if non-branded, both similar and equivalent. The item must be new. The price promise is against the total cost payable, i.e. including shipping or other charges. The policy is available in store only and not on the F.Hinds website.
- What is excluded
- Excludes special promotions in place at other retailers, personalised, adjusted, specially made or ordered items, Premium Watches and services. Cannot be used with any other F.Hinds offer or promotion, or on staff purchases. The item must be new.
- How to claim it
- In store only. Visit your local F.Hinds store with the information about the cheaper item and an assistant will help. Partial refunds for price promise agreements can be processed up to 30 days after purchase, via the original method of payment.
