Does JB Hi-Fi accept offers?

Does JB Hi-Fi accept offers?

Not yet. JB Hi-Fi does not currently offer a formal way to make an offer online. You can register the price you would pay on this page, and you will be notified if that changes.

Can you negotiate with JB Hi-Fi?

There is no formal channel today. In store, a discount sometimes depends on the salesperson and the day, and online there is no built-in way to make JB Hi-Fi an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.

Does JB Hi-Fi price match?

Yes. Matches the price of an identical product that a competitor has in stock (online prices must include delivery), in store, by live chat or phone; excludes cashback, bundles, coupons, grey imports, members-only prices, clearance and limited-quantity offers. Checked against JB Hi-Fi's published policy on 2 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

When does JB Hi-Fi have sales?

JB Hi-Fi runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

How do I get a discount at JB Hi-Fi?

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask JB Hi-Fi to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if JB Hi-Fi starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
