The guarantee applies to single order product display prices and is only available at the time of purchase, so past or future transactions are not considered.

- Excluded are subscription pricing including repeat delivery, staff discounts, coupon-code discounts, cash-back, gift vouchers and bundled offers, commercial quantities and pricing, liquidations, clearance and end-of-range stock, short-dated or damaged stock, services such as insurance, grooming, dog-wash and adoptions, products advertised on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites, freight or shipping costs, prices below Petbarn's cost price, completed or future sales transactions, and purchases made through third-party platforms. Petbarn may also limit the quantity of products available for price matching at its discretion.
