Does Samsung Australia accept offers?
Not yet. Samsung Australia does not currently offer a formal way to make an offer online. You can register the price you would pay on this page, and you will be notified if that changes.
Can you negotiate with Samsung Australia?
There is no formal channel today. In store, a discount sometimes depends on the salesperson and the day, and online there is no built-in way to make Samsung Australia an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.
Does Samsung Australia price match?
Yes. Price Promise: if you buy from the Samsung online store or Shop App and within 14 days find the identical item in stock cheaper on a listed retailer's website (e.g. JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Betta, Retravision), Samsung refunds the difference after you lodge an online claim. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.
When does Samsung Australia have sales?
Samsung Australia runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.
How do I get a discount at Samsung Australia?
Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask Samsung Australia to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if Samsung Australia starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
