- The terms
- If you find a lower price with an Australian retailer, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the offer and, where possible, provide a competitive alternative or value-added package. If you have found a lower advertised price on a competitor's Australian website, you may submit a Price Enquiry and our team will respond with our best available online price, where applicable. This is not a guaranteed price match service. We aim to be competitive with other Australian retailers. Responses may take up to two business days. All price enquiries are assessed at Ted's discretion and are subject to stock availability and supplier constraints.

Not available on Lay-by, ZipMoney, Humm or PayPal, second-hand items, rentals, pre-order, backorder, low stock or special-order items. Exclude bonus items included in Ted's catalogues or promotional Capture Kits.
