Does The Good Guys accept offers?

Not yet. The Good Guys does not currently offer a formal way to make an offer online. You can register the price you would pay on this page, and you will be notified if that changes.

Can you negotiate with The Good Guys?

There is no formal channel today. In store, a discount sometimes depends on the salesperson and the day, and online there is no built-in way to make The Good Guys an offer. Registering the price you would pay here is currently the only structured way to express one.

Does The Good Guys price match?

Yes. Invites shoppers who have seen a lower price elsewhere to ask for a pre-purchase price match in store or by phone, framed as part of everyday negotiation; no formal match terms were found on its site, though paying Gold Service Extras members get a 30-day price drop guarantee paid as store credit. Checked against The Good Guys's published policy on 2 October 2026. Price matching gets you a competitor's public price; an offer is different — it is your private price, which can go where public prices don't.

When does The Good Guys have sales?

The Good Guys runs public promotions regularly, so timing a purchase around sale periods can pay. The trade-off: public sale prices are visible to everyone, apply only to what's on sale, and end when the sale ends.

How do I get a discount at The Good Guys?

Price matching is the surest route today: find the identical item advertised for less and ask The Good Guys to match it. Watch for their public promotions. And register the price you would pay on this page — if The Good Guys starts accepting offers, you'll be first to know, with your offer already queued.
