- Currys matches the prices of in-stock products before purchase or up to 7 days after, against any other UK retailer store or website price, including offer-code discounts. The lower-priced item must be offered on identical terms, including make, size, colour, specification and model number, and both Currys and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery.
- What is excluded
- Currys does not match ink products, Sky Glass, delivery charges, installation charges, product protection plans, mobile airtime plans or other services. Exclusive staff, student or NHS prices, trade prices, prices only available with a paid membership or subscription, loyalty or reward scheme prices, third-party marketplace seller prices and obvious pricing errors are also excluded. Currys may refuse a match where it suspects fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.

Claims can be made before or after purchase, within 7 days. Where a product cannot be verified online, the customer must supply the competitor's contact details, a photo of the model number, proof of stock, and the date, time and price.
