Price matching at Noel Leeming
Checked against Noel Leeming's published policy on 13 October 2026.
- The terms
- Noel Leeming matches a competitor's price for an identical product: same make, model and colour, brand new, in stock at both Noel Leeming and the competitor at the time of the request. The request must be made at the time of sale, and the competitor's promotional period must still apply. The competitor's final price, including delivery, taxes, fees and charges, must be lower than the Noel Leeming price. Price Match cannot be used with other Noel Leeming or competitor offers, such as bonus product or promotional finance offers.
- What is excluded
- Price Match does not apply to products redeemed for an insurance claim or third-party redemption scheme, to finance products used as a form of payment, or to services. It excludes limited quantities, clearance, localised event pricing such as Home Show, trade quotes, stock liquidations, commercial quantities and parallel imported products. It does not cover typographical errors or membership pricing (Supergold, BYOD, Farmlands, CSC Buying Group, Student Card).
- How to claim it
- Shoppers can claim online through Noel Leeming's Live Chat. After the competitor information is checked, Live Chat issues a voucher code that is valid once, for one hour, to buy the product on the Noel Leeming website. Alternatively, proof of competitor pricing such as a mailer, quote or dated website listing is presented at a Noel Leeming store for verification.
