- PB Tech will only consider a price match for a product identical to the model it has in stock. The product must be brand new, physically in stock (not drop shipped from a distributor) and located in New Zealand. All requests are at PB Tech's discretion, and PB Tech reserves the right to decline any request.
- What is excluded
- Clearance products, drop shipped products, and products not located in New Zealand are excluded.
- How to claim it
- Shoppers submit a price match request through the online form on the price match request help page, giving their email, name, contact number, the PB product, the price to match or beat, and where they saw that price. The page does not state a time limit for claiming or whether a claim must be made before or after purchase.
